How do I order?
Choose “Request this exact piece” or “Choose your own colors,” add your preferences, and submit a quote request. Your request is saved for review. A request is not a paid or confirmed order; the final price and details need to be agreed first.
How do I pay?
Submit your request through the website first. I’ll confirm availability, colors, turnaround, and your total—including shipping—then send payment instructions. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. No payment is taken when you submit a request.
Can I choose a color or size?
Yes—tell us what you’d love. Available filament colors, size options, and any added cost will be confirmed in your quote. Rainbow and silk finishes vary, so every print may look a little different.
What about shipping and turnaround?
Shipping or pickup options, delivery cost, and production time will be confirmed before you pay. There is no fixed shipping charge or delivery promise at the request stage.
Will my print look exactly like the photo?
3D prints have visible layer lines and small variations. Multicolor filament changes as it prints, so the placement of colors is unique to each piece.
How should I care for it?
Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Keep away from hot surfaces, dishwashers, and prolonged direct sun. These organizers are for everyday objects, not direct food contact.
